    worst customer service. Send the bill as much as they want and need to call every time after the bill to do the correction. worst service. directly asked me my card number. WORST PEOPLE. don't even deserve one star.

    Terrible customer service- one of the poorest I've experienced in my lifetime.

    Next day I wake up after finishing a night shift the following day and elgas have come taken and both my cyclinders. So now I have no hot water with a 5 month old. I call elgas to rectify the issue, in the 10 min conversation about fixing this issue there was never an appology and then the female on the phone couldn't even confirm that I'll get my cylinders back today.

    Well elgas it's official after I move next week you have lost me as a customer for life. I called yesterday to arrange for my cylinders to be picked up a week from the call date that was all fine apparently.
